About the Provider

Love G.K. Jones, MSN, MPH, APRN, PMHNP-BC, AGPCNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

Ms. Jones earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Public Health in Global Health from New York University. She completed her Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Walden University.

She has experience caring for medically complex adults and older adults across hospital and specialty care settings. Her clinical background informs a thoughtful approach to psychiatric care for older adults, including attention to medical complexity, polypharmacy, medication safety, and cognitive or behavioral concerns.

As a provider of African descent with experience serving diverse populations, Ms. Jones recognizes that culture, family expectations, faith, and stigma can influence how mental health symptoms are experienced and addressed. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based care, patient education, and respectful collaboration.

Through Ást Healthcare Services, Ms. Jones provides telehealth-first psychiatric evaluation and medication management for older adults throughout Delaware. She is committed to individualized, compassionate care that supports safety, function, and meaningful quality of life.
