Àst Healthcare Services provides telehealth psychiatric evaluation and medication management for older adults throughout Delaware.

We welcome referrals for older adults who need diagnostic clarification, medication review, or ongoing psychiatric medication management, particularly those with medical complexity, polypharmacy, cognitive or behavioral concerns, medication side effects, or fall-risk concerns.

Services include:

• Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

• Psychiatric medication management

• Medication-safety and polypharmacy review

• Deprescribing when clinically appropriate

• Care coordination with authorized clinicians, caregivers, and family members

• Referrals to psychotherapy or other services when indicated
